Paragonative, Inc. is a multidisciplinary research and development firm that identifies opportunities and creates, operates, and scales businesses across multiple industries.

Commercial model

Paragonative develops and operates businesses, products, services, brands, technologies, and operating systems. Paragonative may also enter into defined commercial engagements where Paragonative, Inc. is the contracting provider.

Commercial transactions may occur directly with Paragonative, Inc. or through a customer-facing brand operated by Paragonative, Inc. For operated brands, the applicable brand website, order, checkout, or agreement identifies the customer offer and transaction-specific terms before payment.

Depending on the engagement, commercial activity may include research and intelligence, venture and product development, technology development, strategic execution, operational enablement, and eligible products or services provided by businesses and brands operating under Paragonative, Inc.

NovaSchool Global is an education and child-development brand operated by Paragonative, Inc. Its customer-facing product details, pricing, access periods, subscription terms, cancellation conditions, refund conditions, and support information are will be presented on NovaSchoolGlobal.com when the customer site is published.

Customer payments

Stripe may be used to process eligible customer payments for commercial products and services provided by Paragonative, Inc. or businesses operating under Paragonative, Inc. Before payment, the relevant proposal, order, invoice, checkout, or written agreement identifies the product or service, price and currency, scope or quantity, fulfillment timing, and applicable transaction terms.

Payment processing does not create an investment, securities, equity, financing, or capital-contribution relationship.

Fulfillment

Custom and professional engagements are fulfilled according to the written scope, deliverables, milestones, timing, and acceptance terms agreed with the customer. Digital products or other standardized offerings are fulfilled according to the information presented with the applicable order or checkout.

If a Paragonative-operated brand sells physical goods, the applicable shipping, delivery, return, and product-specific terms are disclosed on the relevant brand, order, or checkout before purchase.

Pricing and currency

Paragonative does not publish a universal price list because many engagements are individually scoped. Any amount payable by a customer is presented with its applicable currency before the customer commits to payment.

Payment security

Paragonative uses HTTPS for its public website. When Stripe is used, payment-card information is processed through Stripe's payment infrastructure rather than being stored as full card numbers by the public Paragonative website. Available payment methods are displayed at the applicable payment interface.

Legal and geographic restrictions

Paragonative may decline, restrict, or discontinue a transaction where required by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, payment-provider or card-network requirements, or other compliance obligations. Products and services are not offered where their provision or use would be unlawful.

Customer support

Customer support, billing, invoice, payment, refund, cancellation, and payment-dispute enquiries are handled through the contact directory and routed internally to the appropriate department. Paragonative aims to respond within two business days, Monday through Friday.
