These Terms of Service govern use of Paragonative.com. Where Paragonative, Inc. enters into a commercial transaction or engagement with a customer, a proposal, order, invoice, checkout, statement of work, or other written agreement may contain additional or different terms. Those transaction-specific terms control to the extent of any conflict.

Paragonative, Inc. is a multidisciplinary research and development firm that identifies opportunities and creates, operates, and scales businesses across multiple industries.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and enquiry purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape protected or non-public systems, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Commercial products and services

Paragonative may provide research and intelligence, venture and product development, technology development, strategic execution, operational enablement, and other eligible commercial products or services. Paragonative may also operate businesses and brands under Paragonative, Inc.

The applicable commercial offer identifies what is being purchased, the price and currency, scope or quantity, fulfillment timing, and any product- or engagement-specific conditions before payment.

Payments

Eligible customer payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Any payment obligation is denominated in the currency shown on the applicable invoice, order, proposal, checkout, or agreement.

Paragonative does not accept investments, securities subscriptions, capital contributions, or venture funding through this website or its card-payment system. Card or online payment processing is reserved for eligible commercial customer transactions.

Fulfillment

Custom engagements are fulfilled in accordance with the agreed scope, deliverables, milestones, timing, and acceptance terms. Standardized or digital offerings are fulfilled according to the information presented with the applicable order or checkout. If physical goods are offered by a Paragonative-operated brand, shipping, delivery, and return terms are disclosed with that offering.

Legal and geographic restrictions

Paragonative may decline, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a product, service, transaction, or relationship where required by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, payment-provider or card-network requirements, or other compliance obligations. Products and services may not be purchased or used where doing so would be unlawful.

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Unless transaction-specific written terms state otherwise, the general Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy applies. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Investment and venture communications

Public references to ventures, investors, strategic participation, or opportunities are informational and do not constitute an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to buy securities, investment advice, or a commitment to accept capital. Any investment or strategic participation process is handled separately through appropriate private documentation and payment channels.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, Paragonative branding, original content, design, research materials made public by Paragonative, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Paragonative, Inc. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the public website in accordance with these terms.

Operated brands and businesses

A business or brand operated by Paragonative may publish product-specific, service-specific, privacy, shipping, return, subscription, or other commercial terms. Those terms apply to transactions made through that business or brand where they are presented before purchase.
